We believe that the fundamental basis of doing yoga is being compassionate and aware in order to build your connection with your body and your mind. Yoga helps us let go of perfection and expand our awareness. Yoga also allow us to heal and grow.
Our 8-week program is based on modern scientific research that as little as one hour of yoga two to three times a week can improve your mood and physical health. Our program integrates mindfulness and draws upon all elements of yoga, including breathing techniques, meditation, self-reflection, and poses.
